    • Thanks, Jim! I still maintain that had the director and producers of “Love Story” had left my scenes in the released version of the film I could have won a best actor Academy Award! As it turned out I was only seen for a Split Second , near the end of the film,
inJennifer’s hospital room as I pulled the plug… just before Ollie’s “memory montage.”

    • LOL! It is awful. I think this is the movie that gave birth to the term “cinematic slumming”… intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. If “love is never having to say you’re sorry” then this movie owes us a big fat apology. LOL! 👎💏😨

    • Definitely. Both movies entertain me for all the wrong reasons because I cannot figure out what the real purpose is… aside from box office. I read a review of Love Story which called it “A hugely disappointing pornographic fiction in which the pretentious toxic rich consumes the pretentious toxic poor. It is an unlovable story.” I have often wondered how many people sitting in the audience wanted to trade places with Jennifer in the final scenes of the film? LOL I love movies! 👍👍
